1977: Francisco Ramos with 2 of his sons opened a 26 room, 4 floor hotel. The cafeteria, the laundry and a 6 car garage, were all the services provided at the beginning.
80’s: Península Valdés turns into an international touristic attraction and Trelew gained importance because of its location and facilities.
More services were needed: more rooms and garage space. We also added our first business room and the restaurant.
90’s: New and final remodeling: this means become into a 80 rooms hotel with a 40 car garage and 2 conference room. Our costumer’s needs motivated us to create senior rooms: Wider and filled with category details.
